"Nice team to work with Nice team to work with. We use Seahawk primarily to do a lot of our website production work in order to free up other in-house resources. The team we work with are very easy to communicate with despite the significant time zone differences. They are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try things. We appreciate that they ask for clarification when they need it rather than wasting time and money by muddling through something they don't understand or that we delivered incorrectly to them. They are very responsive to getting work completed on time in most cases and often the projects that are not completed on time are due to issues on our end. One area of improvement would be to check the work and test all links and downloads before putting anything into review with our team. We have had repeated issues of broken links or downloads not working. Seahawk is hungry for additional opportunities to show us other things they are capable of so we are keeping an eye out for those opportunities to partner with them further."
